A customer is any external account your team builds presentations for — a Salesforce account, HubSpot company, or equivalent record in your CRM. Internal users and team members are never counted. The Focused Tier covers up to 500 customers, Strategic up to 1,000, and Executive up to 1,500.
No per-seat pricing, ever. All tiers include unlimited users. Your entire GTM org — AEs, CSMs, AMs, RevOps, leadership — can access the platform. You pay for the customers you serve, not the team members who serve them.
