How we calculate this — Workflow Automation (Product)
Effective hourly rate: Annual salary ÷ 2,080 working hours.
Annual workflow cost: (Hours/week per person) × 52 weeks × team size × effective hourly rate. This is what the workflow costs you to do by hand today.
Estimated Steerco subscription: Scaled estimate based on team size, anchored on the Focused Tier ($25K/yr) and Strategic Tier ($42K/yr). Actual pricing is set by customer count, not team size — book a demo for an exact quote.

How we calculate this — AI Readiness + Implementation (Services)
Function fully-loaded cost: Function size × average fully-loaded salary in that function.
Year-one recovered cost: Function fully-loaded cost × the % of workload you expect an agent build to absorb in year one. We default to 15% — most production engagements project 10–20%.
Months to break even: Engagement fee ÷ (year-one recovered ÷ 12). The engagement is a one-time cost; recovered hours and dollars are recurring.
Year-one net: Year-one recovered minus the one-time engagement fee.
Three-year cumulative net: (Year-one recovered × 3) minus engagement fee. Assumes recovered value persists; ignores compounding gains and ignores any retainer/optimization spend in years 2–3.
