Steerco Analytics, Inc. ("Steerco," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our AI-powered presentation automation platform and services (the "Services").

We collect information that you provide directly to us, including:
- Account Information: When you create a Steerco account, we collect your name, email address, company name, job title, phone number, and password.
- Profile Information: You may voluntarily provide additional profile details, including your department, team size, reporting structure, and business objectives.
- Communication Information: When you communicate with us via email, support tickets, chat, or other channels, we collect the content of your messages, attachments, and related metadata.
- Payment Information: If you purchase a paid plan, we collect billing address, company information, and payment method details. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors; we do not directly store full credit card numbers.
- Feedback and Survey Data: We collect feedback, survey responses, feature requests, and product suggestions you provide.
Steerco integrates with 150+ enterprise platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Chorus, Amplitude, Gainsight, and others). When you authorize these integrations, we access and process:
- Contact Data: Names, email addresses, phone numbers, job titles, company information, and account hierarchies from your CRM or contact management systems.
- Engagement Data: Call recordings, call transcripts, meeting notes, email communications, and interaction history from communication platforms.
- Performance Data: Sales metrics, pipeline information, deal status, revenue data, and customer health scores from your business systems.
- Usage Data: Product usage analytics, feature adoption, user behavior, and engagement metrics from analytics platforms.
- Custom Data: Any custom fields, attributes, or data structures maintained in your integrated systems.
We automatically collect certain information about your device and usage of our Services:
- Device Information: Device type, operating system, browser type, IP address, device identifiers, and hardware specifications.
- Usage Information: Pages or features you access, actions you perform, time spent on features, clicks, searches, content viewed, files uploaded, and presentation interactions.
- Log Data: Server logs containing IP addresses, access times, pages visited, referral sources, and error messages.
- Location Information: Approximate location derived from IP address, but not precise GPS location.
- Cookies and Similar Technologies: Information collected through cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar tracking technologies (see Section 8).
We distinguish between two categories of information:
- Customer Data: Information collected, uploaded, or downloaded from your account or authorized users via the Services, including contact lists, presentations, sales content, and any data you input or authorize through integrations.
- Resultant Data: Aggregate, anonymized, and de-identified usage data derived from Customer Data, such as feature adoption trends, aggregate performance benchmarks, and anonymized insights that cannot identify you or your organization.
We use your information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Services and features;
- Process and fulfill your requests and transactions;
- Personalize and customize your experience;
- Diagnose technical problems and optimize platform performance;
- Develop new features, products, and services.
We use your information to:
- Respond to your inquiries and support requests;
- Send transactional emails (account confirmations, password resets, billing notifications);
- Send product announcements, updates, and new feature notifications;
- Send marketing communications about Steerco Services (with your consent where required);
- Conduct surveys and gather feedback.
We use your information to create and provide Resultant Data for aggregate analytics, including:
- Analyzing user behavior, feature adoption, and product usage trends;
- Generating anonymized benchmarking and industry insights;
- Creating aggregate performance reports and recommendations;

- Enforce our agreements and policies;
- Comply with legal obligations, court orders, and government requests;
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, security incidents, and abuse;
- Protect the rights, privacy, and safety of Steerco, our users, and the public;
- Process refunds and manage billing disputes.
Steerco uses your data and presentation content to train, improve, and personalize our AI models and features. We use your information to generate AI-powered insights, recommendations, and presentation automation capabilities. We will not use your Customer Data to train models that could be made available to competitors.
When you authorize Steerco to integrate with third-party platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Chorus, Amplitude, Gainsight, etc.), you grant us permission to access, retrieve, and process data from those platforms according to the scope you authorize. We will only access data that you authorize and will not exceed the authorized scope.
Data received from integrations is stored in our secure cloud infrastructure and processed to provide presentation automation, analytics, and personalization features. We maintain the data according to the retention policies described in Section 6. You may revoke integration permissions at any time, after which we will cease accessing new data from those platforms.
The third-party platforms from which we access data (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) are responsible for their privacy practices. Please review their privacy policies to understand how they collect and process your information. Steerco is not responsible for their data handling practices.
We share your information with service providers and vendors who perform services on our behalf, including cloud hosting providers, payment processors, customer support platforms, email delivery services, analytics providers, and security vendors. These service providers are contractually obligated to use your information only for the purposes of providing services to us and to maintain the confidentiality and security of your information.
If Steerco is involved in a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, dissolution, reorganization, or similar transaction or proceeding, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
We may disclose your information when required by law, such as in response to subpoenas, court orders, government requests, or other legal processes. We may also disclose information to protect our legal rights, enforce our agreements, prevent fraud or security incidents, and protect the health, safety, and rights of Steerco, our users, and the public.
We may share Resultant Data (aggregated, anonymized, and de-identified data) with third parties for analytics, benchmarking, research, marketing, and other business purposes. This information cannot reasonably identify you or your organization.
We may share your information with third parties with your explicit consent for specific purposes. We will always inform you before sharing information in this manner.
Steerco implements comprehensive technical, administrative, and physical security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Our security measures include:
- Encryption: Data in transit is encrypted using TLS/SSL 1.2 or higher. Sensitive data at rest is encrypted using industry-standard algorithms.
- Access Controls: Role-based access controls, multi-factor authentication, and strict permission management limit data access to authorized personnel only.
- Infrastructure Security: Secure cloud infrastructure with firewalls, intrusion detection, and regular security monitoring.
- Data Isolation: Customer data is logically isolated to prevent unauthorized cross-account access.
- Security Testing: Regular vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security audits.
- Employee Training: All employees receive security awareness training and sign confidentiality agreements.

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, and comply with legal and regulatory obligations. Specific retention periods include:
- Account Information: Retained for the duration of your account and a reasonable period after account closure for legal and business purposes.
- Customer Data: Retained for the duration of your account subscription. Upon account termination, we will delete Customer Data within 60 days unless you request extended retention or we are obligated to retain it for legal purposes.
- Usage Data: Retained for up to 24 months for analytics and optimization purposes.
- Support Communications: Retained for up to 3 years to maintain support history and resolve disputes.
- Payment Information: Retained as required for tax and accounting purposes, typically up to 7 years.
- Log Data: Retained for up to 90 days for security and troubleshooting purposes.
Upon account termination or your request, we will delete or de-identify your Customer Data within 60 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes. Certain backup copies may be retained for up to 90 days but will not be accessible. Residual copies in archived systems may persist for an additional period but will be isolated from production systems.

You may update, correct, or modify your account information directly through your account settings. If you cannot update information yourself, contact us at [email protected] and we will assist you.
You have the right to request deletion of your personal information and Customer Data. Upon account termination, we will delete your information within 60 days as described in Section 6. You may also request deletion at any time by contacting [email protected]. Certain information may be retained for legal, tax, or business purposes.
You may opt out of marketing emails by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in any marketing communication or by updating your communication preferences in your account settings. Please note that even if you opt out of marketing communications, we will continue to send transactional emails related to your account and the Services.

Steerco operates primarily in the United States. Your information, including Personal Information and Customer Data, is stored in and processed by computers located in the United States. If you are located outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States. By using our Services, you consent to the transfer of your information to countries outside your country of residence, which may have different data protection laws.
For European Economic Area (EEA) residents, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and other legally valid transfer mechanisms to ensure adequate protection of your data when it is transferred outside the EEA.
