What is an AI Investment Health Score?

A 0–100 score across the five dimensions Steerco uses when auditing AI deployments: audit discipline, revenue impact, unit economics, adoption depth, and traceability. It treats your AI stack like a portfolio rather than a list of tools — because that's how it actually compounds (or doesn't).

Why audit twice a year instead of continuously?

The same reason you don't day-trade your 401k. Auditing AI too often makes you panic-sell the workflow that needed eight months to compound, kill the boring winner, and double down on the shiny loser. Set a date — twice a year max, once a year is better — and stick to it.

Why is "hours saved" only worth a few points?

Because hours saved is the participation trophy of AI ROI. If 200 hours got 'saved' but revenue didn't move, those hours got absorbed into longer meetings. We score it low on purpose — the only number that actually counts is a P&L line that moved.

What does each investor archetype mean?

Speculator (0–30): pilots everywhere, no thesis, no audit cadence. Stock Picker (31–55): picking tools individually instead of building a portfolio.
